THE TRADE OF COOP FILIPINA
Coop Filipina develops a trade of services and advices, intermediation and mediation but also of development of the commercial exchanges and production by and for the Filipino communities in Europe and the economic agents of Philippines.
The first remarkable action developed by Coop Filipina is the animation of the program Network Contact in favour of the taking into account of the requests of the communities.

The family of the Social economy: :
Company with share capital and partnership not, it is a tool with the service of the Social Project that the associates who constitute it carry. The purpose of it is the realization of the objectives of this project, and not the remuneration of shareholders. In that it is registered In that it falls under the family of the Social economy.
Statute SCIC makes it possible to associate within the same company of the people of different legal nature, which have different interests but which are found on a common objective. It is the great innovation brought by this statute.
The objective: to associate the producers of services (employees, suppliers…) and recipients of these services (customers, users…), so that the production of these services, is carried out in the interest of all, from where the concepts of collective interest and social utility.

The distribution of the power in the statutes of Coop Filipina
The general meeting as in any cooperative is sovereign.
The principle of 1 person = 1 vote is applied for each associate
The powers are balanced by college because it is considered that the digital majority is not inevitably
In Coop Filipina, the power is shared in 5 colleges, and the rule of the proportionality is observed.

The values of the SCIC is that of the co-operation:
application of principle 1 person = 1 vote -
- - election of the leader for a mandate limited in time - vote as a general meeting of all the important decisions engaging the future of the company
- The impartageability of the reserves: the profits put to reserves cannot be distributed to the associates, they belong to the company.
The associates of Coop Filipina made the choice not to distribute any dividends: Coop Filipina is thus a company with nonlucrative goal..
To profit from statute SCIC it is necessary to obtain a prefectoral approval which evaluates the character of social utility of the project as well as the collective organization put in work to develop it This approval is granted for one 5 years duration.
Like any company, the SCIC must deposit its annual accounts at the clerk's office of the bankruptcy court for publication.
Lastly, the SCIC is subjected to the co-operative revision which controls that the co-operative principles are well applied in the company.
